Los Angeles Carnivora Exhibition Opening, May 3rd

The West Coast opening date of Carnivora - The Dark Art of Automobiles, is planned for May 3rd. This will be the first exhibition at L’Imagery Gallery’s new location, 10555 Victory Boulevard, in North Hollywood. The show will grow to include more artists from the book and other new surprise additions to Carnivora.

    Les,

    Just received a copy of “Carnivora” from my father that he bought at C-POP Gallery. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Your vision really paid off! And I must say that having a last name that begins with “Abr…” pays off for me. Front of the line.

    LOVE the layout and the various mediums, artists and writings…Frigin genius!

    If you haven’t been to the show or seen the book, then make it a point to do so. I was in Detroit in January at the opening of Carnivora, and the artwork was fantastic. What a great idea having an auto themed artshow mixed with a bevy of artists who took the assignment to a whole new level with their creative, warped minds.

    I was able to purchase an advance copy of the Carnivora book, which made my coffee table immediately. It seems to be the newest topic of conversation when we have company over. Everyone seems to have a different favorite piece of art in this book. If you have an opportunity to snag one of the first editions, I’d recommend it.
